Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at info@2cc.clothing.

Shipping returns

To start a return, message us first at info@2cc.clothing or on WhatsApp (+52 954 183 5753) and we'll send you the correct return address and instructions. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us.

You're responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
